Best customer service ever! Bought a pre owned unit at a very fair price. We had an issue with the air conditioner first time out (we camped locally for a test run) and even tho there was no warranty they sent someone right out to fix it. Gave us a more than fair trade in price on our old unit, even after finding out we had unknown water damage. Highly recommend.

We’re thrivin’ in our Winnebago Thrive thanks to the lovely people at Carolina RV! We had a phenomenal experience with Matt, Scott, Aleesha, and Michael. We were able to tour the lot unbothered (which we greatly appreciated)! Matthew was easily accessible to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process, Aleesha was very responsive and knowledgeable in the finance department, and Michael made sure we knew how to operate every inch of our RV before signing papers. We appreciated the opportunity to support a family owned business and would highly recommend Carolina RV!

Our experience with Carolina RV was stellar from start to finish. From our sales rep, Matthew, to our tour guide and RV expert, Michael, every step was seamless. We recently purchased our new camper and overall had a great experience. Like any big purchase, we had a few ups and downs during the process with a salesperson, but in the end Ms. Aleesha and Mr. Scott truly made everything come together and made it all worthwhile. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy with our purchase. When it came time for pickup, the process was smooth, organized, and stress-free, which we really appreciated.
